Perfect for events and occasions with a large number of attendees, the Champagne Skirt (also known as a champagne dress) includes a beautifully dressed performer inside a strolling metal skirt. The performer is able to provide interactive food or beverage service to guests as they enter the room, making this option both entertaining, memorable and efficient.
When you hire Suspended Fluidity for a Champagne Skirt, you can expect to see a model plus an assistant to help guide the process and fill the skirt as it empties. The client and/or caterer are responsible for providing clean stemware and any food, beverage or other item that is intended to be distributed during the event. There are standard costuming looks available as well as the option to customize and tailor costuming to suit your event vibe or theme.
Logistics
The Champagne Skirt works best on a flat surface and will need at least 55” width to traverse doorways, hallways and event spaces. The skirt rolls well on all types of flat flooring including grass. There are 4 rows of structured holders with an inner diameter of ~1.75”, providing space for 96 pieces of stemmed drinkware such as champagne flutes or wine glasses. It is helpful to provide and designate a station for refilling the skirt with drinks and items. The performer will need a private and secure room with access to bathroom in order to change into costume and store belongings during the event.
